Our partner is an IT company with offices in Ukraine, Israel and the USA and more. Provides outstaff & outsource services and takes its origin from Ukraine. They connect clients from all over the world with experienced developers from different countries. They create and unite the most powerful international teams.

They are looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer to join their specialized team. Most of the written and spoken communication will be in English & russian & Ukrainian. The company does not cooperate with the aggressor countries russia and belarus, or any other problematic regime.

They provide their team members an agile and friendly environment of a small company – but we are backed by the resources and sales power of our mother company, which is a huge American corporation, a leader in its domain. They are searching for team players who are enthusiastic about their work, able to do rapid development while focusing on high quality delivery.

Their products are B2B, and they serve thousands of clients worldwide. 

Must have skills, minimal requirements :

• Good communication and verbal skills, good English is a must – must be able to explain what he does clearly and understandable, and should be able to communicate with QA and R&D.
• Experience and Good Knowledge in Selenium, Cypress, Playwright.
• Experience in programming languages – JavaScript (+NodeJS) & Python.

What will you do:

In this role, you will be a part of a unique (and small) group of professionals that is responsible for maintaining, developing and leading the Automation operation in the company.

The ideal candidate will have both the ability to interact with their engineers and will be a hands-on pro, that has a solution for every technical inquiry he might confront.

The actual Automation missions will require knowledge and experience with the stack mentioned above, and collaboration with the entire R&D team.

The selection process consists of three stages:

1. Pre-screening interview
2. Technical interview
3. Client interview
